Mohamed Ait Lwaskari left the judicial police headquarters in the city of Kasba Tadla on Friday evening, after being questioned as part of a judicial investigation opened against the backdrop of an incident related to the publication of information related to social assistance and the return of food items in front of the municipality headquarters.
The details of the incident go back to the beginning of this week, when the person in question returned a Ramadan food basket and filmed the matter in a video clip that he broadcast on his social media account, which was documented by the territorial authorities in the city of Kasba Tadla in a legal record. The local authorities then informed the competent public prosecutor's office, requesting the opening of an investigation against the person concerned, against the backdrop of actions related to defamation, libel, insult, and the publication of false news, after placing food items in front of the municipality headquarters and filming the incident and publishing it on social media platforms.
