The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that air defence systems have succeeded in destroying and downing 70 missiles and 76 drones, against the backdrop of hostile Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom.
The General Command affirmed, in a statement, that all systems are at the highest state of readiness to ensure an immediate and decisive response to any threat. It stressed that launching indiscriminate and excessive attacks with missiles and drones targeting civilians and civilian objects represents a flagrant violation of the principles of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter, and disregards all international covenants and human ethics. The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force stated that the Kingdom reserves its legitimate right to take all necessary measures to defend its sovereignty and security.
