A group of health professionals working at the Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center expressed their anger over what they considered a denial of their right to promotion, confirming the existence of major imbalances in this file.
In a statement, the trade union office of the National University for the Health Sector, under the banner of the National Union of Labor in Morocco, explained that the management of the promotions file within the hospital institution, according to their expression, knows a set of imbalances that negatively affected the professional path of a number of workers in the health sector. The statement pointed out that a number of employees found themselves harmed by administrative decisions related to promotion, after access to promotion tables remained blocked for years, which prevented those concerned from knowing their administrative status or following the appeal procedures at the appropriate time, in light of what the unionists described as the absence of clarity in managing this file.
