Wafaa Chaker, Director of the Regional Academy for Education and Training of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, oversaw the installation ceremony of Badr Eddine Bouchama as the new regional director for the Regional Directorate of Preschool Education and Sports in the Al Hoceima region.
