The security services in Casablanca managed to arrest nine people, including two young women, on suspicion of being involved in creating chaos and assaulting healthcare professionals and private security personnel inside the Mohammed V Hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, the details of the incident go back to the two young women being involved in a traffic accident, where they were transported to the hospital to receive the necessary first aid, before entering into a dispute with nurses and some employees of the health institution. The same sources added that the dispute escalated into a fight, which prompted the two young women to contact a group of young men, who arrived at the hospital and caused a state of chaos, attempting to assault the healthcare professionals and private security personnel. This situation required the intervention of the security forces, which were able to control the situation and arrest those concerned, where they were taken to the police headquarters in order to subject them to a judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, to reveal all the circumstances and details of this case.
