HIBAPRESS – Abdellatif Elbaz
According to press reports, most notably what was published by the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Italian coach Antonio Conte has become the most prominent candidate to take over the Italian national team in the coming period.
Despite Conte's current contract with Napoli, the data indicates the possibility that the club's management will not object to his departure if the Italian Football Federation makes an official offer to contract him.
This trend comes in light of the Italian Federation's endeavor to bring the "Azzurri" back to the continental and international forefront, relying on Conte's experience and his previous experience with the national team.
