HIBAPRESS – Casablanca
The headquarters of BLS, the company in charge of receiving visa applications for Spain in Casablanca, witnessed overcrowding and chaos in recent days, which angered the users who found themselves facing long queues and difficult waiting conditions.
This is the only center in the city dedicated to receiving Spanish visa files, which explains the great pressure it experiences, especially with the increasing demand for visas during this period, which has negatively impacted the quality of services provided. This overcrowding caused traffic congestion around the center, in addition to recording cases of protest by a number of users, who expressed their dissatisfaction with the long waiting period, whether outside or inside the headquarters, demanding to improve reception conditions and organize the process in a way that guarantees the dignity of citizens and the smooth flow of services.
