The streets of Marrakech experienced a rare scene this Friday afternoon, as its streets were covered in white after a large amount of hail fell, in an unusual climatic event that surprised residents and interested followers.
The hailfalls did not last long, but they left a festive atmosphere among the residents, many of whom rushed to document the moments with photos and videos, and shared them widely on social media, considering the event "exceptional" by all measures.
The hailfalls also caused some difficulties in movement and transportation, as some roads witnessed limited skidding, which required more caution from road users.
Between surprise, joy and caution, these falls will remain etched in the memory of the residents of Marrakech, as one of the rare moments that changed the features of the city, even if for hours, and dressed it in a white robe that was long awaited.
