The National Railways Office has announced an exceptional program to enhance train services during the school holiday, which extends from October 16 to 26, by adding new trips to meet the increased demand for travel and ensure better conditions for passengers.
The program includes Tangier, by scheduling three additional "Atlas" trains on the line connecting the "Bride of the North" to Fez, in addition to strengthening other lines connecting Fez to Marrakech and Casablanca, as well as adding two daily trips for "Al Boraq" trains, the first departing at 8 PM and the second at 10 PM.
The Office clarified, in a statement published on its official Facebook page, that these measures target routes that experience increasing demand during the departure and return periods, coinciding with the first inter-term school holiday, which runs from Sunday, October 18 to Sunday, October 25 of the same month.
