The Directorate General of Meteorology forecasts, for today, Thursday, October 22nd, rain or locally thunderstorms over the High and Middle Atlas mountains and their adjacent areas, and in the southern provinces. Other raindrops, possibly accompanied by thunder, are also expected in the southeast of the country.
It is also anticipated that the skies will be partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy over the central Atlantic plains and also in the southeast of the country.
During the morning, low clouds will be observed over the north of the Oriental region, accompanied by fog or very light local rain.
Minimum temperatures will range between 04 and 09 degrees in the Atlas mountains, the Rif, and the east of the country, between 15 and 21 degrees in the southern provinces, the southeast, the Souss region, the central plains, and the plains extending west of the Atlas. They will be between 09 and 15 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for daytime temperatures, they will decrease in the High and Middle Atlas mountains, the Souss region, and the central plains, while they will rise in the rest of the country.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough on the Mediterranean coast and the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly rough to rough along the Atlantic coast.
