The Egyptian artist, Mostafa Kamel, resolved the controversy surrounding the Musicians' Professions Syndicate's stance on the crises of the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab, explaining that the lack of direct intervention was not a shortcoming but rather respect for the privacy of a human case whose decision is only held by its owner or family.
Kamel pointed out during his interview with the program "Kashf Hesab" that the nature of the crisis Sherine is going through requires quiet moral support away from the media uproar, revealing attempts at communication that took place in secret with those close to her, who confirmed that her psychological state does not allow for receiving visits or external interventions at the present time, stressing that the Syndicate will not hesitate to appeal to state agencies if the matter requires medical or official intervention that exceeds individual capabilities. On the other hand, the Musicians' Syndicate President, with a tone not devoid of reproach, touched upon the crisis of leaking the identity of the rising singer "Touleet", acknowledging the presence of gaps within the Syndicate that sometimes lead to the disclosure of meeting secrets and private information to the public. Kamel narrated the details of his meeting with the young singer, who revealed his face and true personality to him based on mutual trust, where the President promised him to maintain his artistic mystery that he chose as a style for his appearance, but the leaks that occurred later disturbed him, considering that such incidents impose the need to tighten control over the circulation of information within the corridors of the Syndicate to ensure the rights of artists and preserve the privacy of their artistic orientations.
