Moroccan actress Manal Benchekhah expressed her apprehension after the earthquake which witnessed the city of Marrakech and the surrounding area on Monday afternoon, which reached a power of 4.5 degrees on the Richter scale, and caused a state of panic among the population.
In a quick interaction with the event, Benclikha published an article on the “Al -Stouri” functionality on his official account on the Instagram platform, in which she said:
An earthquake in Marrakech! O My Lord, Security … Do you think about it? We felt it so much.
Manal’s message in turn reflected the feelings of anxiety that prevailed among citizens, in particular in the light of growing seismic activity in the region since the devastating earthquake that struck the AL -Haouz region in September 2023, leaving serious human and material losses.
This tremor comes to mind the feelings of fear which are still present in the conscience of a certain number of residents of the region, in the midst of security calls and avoid possible repercussions.
