The Fes-Meknes region today, Thursday, November 27th, received a high-level Chinese economic delegation from the Heilongjiang region, within the framework of efforts to consolidate cooperation and investment relations between Morocco and China. The Regional Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services in Fes hosted this meeting, which brought together officials and representatives of economic institutions from both sides.
During the meeting, introductory presentations were given by the Regional Director of Investment, Mohamed Sabri, who has given much to the region since his appointment, as well as the President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services, Hamza Ben Abdullah. These presentations highlighted the major investment potentials of the region, including modern infrastructure, industrial dynamism, and promising opportunities in the automotive, electrical equipment, renewable energy, and energy efficiency sectors. This visit comes to strengthen the bridges of economic cooperation, amid increasing interest from Chinese investors in exploring the diverse potential offered by the Fes-Meknes region, as a rising investment front on the national level.
