The Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Zambia reaffirmed today, Thursday, their joint will to strengthen their bilateral cooperation in various fields, in accordance with the vision and will of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the President of the Republic of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema.
This will was expressed during the talks held in Rabat between Mr. Nasser Bourita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, and Mr. Mulambo Haimbe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Zambia, who is on a working visit to Morocco. The two ministers praised the increasing dynamism of Moroccan-Zambian relations, and the joint will to elevate the bilateral partnership to a more ambitious and beneficial level for the two countries. They also identified a number of areas with strong potential. These areas will be, in the future, and in anticipation of the next joint committee meeting, the subject of cooperation projects, especially in the sectors of energy and minerals, sustainable development, education, scholarships, scientific research and innovation, and health and social protection.
