On Friday, the Al Omrane group launched a new stop of the "Al Omrane Expo Moroccans of the World 2026" exhibition in Brussels, the Belgian capital, as part of its international tour aimed at Moroccans residing abroad, with the aim of strengthening communication with them and bringing investment and housing services closer to members of the Moroccan community.
This initiative comes in the context of implementing the royal directives calling for strengthening ties with Moroccans of the world and involving them in the economic and social dynamics that the Kingdom is experiencing. It is also consistent with the orientations of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy, which aim to strengthen the policy of proximity and communication with members of the Moroccan community abroad.
The Brussels stop was an opportunity for direct communication with Moroccans residing in Belgium and the Benelux region, through the presentation of offers on real estate investment opportunities in Morocco, and the available support mechanisms, in addition to support and financing programs dedicated to Moroccans of the world.
The exhibition program on Saturday featured an institutional symposium on the topic of "Real Estate Investment for Moroccans of the World: Opportunities, Support Mechanisms, and the Direct Housing Support Program," with the participation of Hassan Touri, the Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Brussels, and Najah Dimo, the Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Liege, along with representatives of Moroccan community associations and institutional and financial partners.
The meeting highlighted the "Housing Support" direct housing support program, which was launched under the high royal patronage, as well as the measures taken to facilitate the access of Moroccans of the world to real estate investment in Morocco and support them in various acquisition projects.
The exhibition, which extends over three days, provides its visitors with the opportunity to communicate with Al Omrane Group teams and the participating banking partners, in order to obtain accurate information on real estate investment opportunities in Morocco, financing solutions, and the procedures related to acquisition and investment.
The Brussels stop is part of the "Al Omrane Moroccans of the World 2026" international tour, which relies on a strategy aimed at strengthening proximity to the Moroccan community abroad, through the intensification of international exhibitions, and the development of the group's digital presence through the official portal of the Al Omrane Group, in addition to expanding partnerships with various institutional and financial stakeholders.
The Al Omrane group confirmed that its international tour will continue during the year 2026 with other stops, within the framework of establishing a sustainable dynamic of communication and supporting Moroccans of the world in housing and real estate investment projects in Morocco.
