Mustapha Baitas, a member of the Political Bureau of the National Rally of Independents party, confirmed this evening in Rabat that the actual core of the party's program lies not in mere presented numbers, but in the political and human weight clearly demonstrated in the two fronts of social dialogue and social support.
Baitas explained, during a seminar organized by the National Rally of Independents to discuss its electoral program, that the party places this human dimension at the forefront of its priorities, which the government has practically translated by allocating an exceptional financial envelope for social dialogue exceeding 45 billion dirhams, reaching approximately 47 billion dirhams. He highlighted that these considerable appropriations have enabled workers and men and women in the health and education sectors to engage effectively and practically alongside the state in implementing major structural reforms, emphasizing that any reform not based on direct and serious dialogue with professionals will remain futile and ineffective. The Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesperson pointed out that the resounding success in implementing the health coverage project is also one of the most important field evidence of this social and human dimension, affirming that the National Rally of Independents deals with its "contractual reputation" with strictness and high responsibility, and cannot possibly gamble with numbers when it comes to the lives and daily expectations of Moroccans. Baitas concluded that the commitments made by the party in 2021 have turned into tangible results and a lived reality thanks to respecting the intelligence of citizens and strict adherence to the constitutional powers available since the 2011 constitution, stressing that the new contract the party calls for is primarily based on fulfilling commitments and making the dignity of the citizen the driving force and the ultimate goal of all public policies.
