The village of Ben Rahmoun, near the Grand Stadium in Marrakech, witnessed a tragic incident last Friday night that ended with the death of a minor under 18 years old, following a fight that erupted between him and another minor, reportedly over a dispute related to bullying.
According to the newspaper's sources, a dispute between two minors escalated into a fight, resulting in the deceased falling to the pavement. He was quickly transported to the emergency room for treatment, but he passed away before reaching the hospital.
Upon being notified of the incident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie from the Sidi Ibrahim Oasis brigade moved to the scene. They commenced their investigations and legal procedures, and the suspected minor was apprehended in record time after the incident occurred.
The apprehended minor has been placed under ongoing observation for minors, at the disposal of the judicial investigation supervised by the competent public prosecution. This is to determine the direct causes of the dispute and to uncover all the circumstances and details of this case.
