El Jadida witnessed a state of alert on Tuesday after a young Auxiliary Forces member was found lifeless inside the headquarters of the Berkaoui administrative annex, in an incident whose circumstances remain unclear.
The incident mobilized local authorities and security services, along with scientific and technical police elements, who immediately began inspection operations and collecting various data that would help determine the circumstances of the death. Officials from the Auxiliary Forces also arrived at the scene to follow up on the developments of the incident. The death of the young member has caused shock and sorrow among his colleagues and professional circle. The body was transferred to the morgue at the Mohammed V Provincial Hospital in El Jadida, pending an autopsy, based on the instructions of the competent public prosecution, to determine the exact cause of death.
