HIBAPRESS-Agadir
The Moroccan National Company of Motorways urged road users to exercise increased caution, coinciding with the heatwave affecting several regions of the Kingdom, especially on the axes connecting Agadir and Marrakech.
The company recommended that drivers inquire in advance about traffic conditions before setting off, as well as ensure the readiness of their vehicles, particularly the condition of tires and the levels of coolant and oil, to avoid any breakdowns that could worsen due to high temperatures.
It also emphasized the importance of adhering to road safety rules and avoiding fatigue while driving, with planned rest periods and hydration during long journeys. These directives come in the context of weather alerts from the meteorological services regarding rising temperatures in several areas, including Marrakech, Taroudant, and other regions along the road axis between the two cities.
