A number of polling stations in the rural areas of the Casablanca-Settat region are nearing the completion of vote counting processes this Wednesday evening, following the closure of polling stations and the commencement of the tallying operation, pending the compilation of minutes and their submission according to established procedures.
The counting process is taking place within the various offices under the supervision of candidate and party representatives, where votes are tallied and results are documented in the minutes for each office, before the data is transferred to the competent authorities for aggregation.
The results from rural offices are of great interest to candidates, given their contribution to determining the initial picture of results at the constituency level, while communications continue between party representatives and campaign headquarters to obtain the latest data.
The results circulated at this stage remain partial and not final, pending the completion of counting in all offices, the compilation of minutes, and the announcement of official results by the competent authorities.
