PPS loses seat in parliament after removing ‘Khanani’ from its membership.

Nabil Benabdellah’s party lost a parliamentary seat in the House of Representatives following the publication of a decision by the Constitutional Court disqualifying MP Abdel Samad Khanani from the prefecture of Khouribga province, after he was found guilty of the crime of serious negligence leading to the squandering of public funds by virtue of a final judicial decision acquired by force of circumstances.
