The El-Asali Boukrach area, located west of the city of Smara in the south of the Kingdom, witnessed strong water torrents on Monday evening, following heavy rainfall in the region.

These rains come at a time when several regions of the Kingdom are experiencing weather fluctuations and varying intensities of rainfall, increasing the possibility of floods and water flow in valleys and low-lying areas.
The field situation requires continuous monitoring, especially with the continuation of rainfall, to avoid any potential repercussions on traffic flow and the safety of citizens, with the importance of intervention by the competent authorities when needed.
