As much as we criticize the silence of some officials and their acquiescence to certain behaviors that distort tourism in our country and are the subject of very negative attitudes, whether from citizens or foreign visitors, as much as we take our hats off to those who have demonstrated, on many occasions, their high heels and follow an exceptional season that does not exceed two months, it is not surprising that we say that we are in a country governed and regulated by a single law from north to south and from east to west. The laws themselves are the final arbiter if they are applied as they should and are required.
The occasion of this discussion is a simple comparison between the beaches belonging to the prefecture of M’diq-Fnideq, which also includes the city of Martil, and the difference that occurs there, neither in terms of officials, nor in terms of chaos that characterizes the same beaches in the unreasonable extortion of vacationers.
If we take the beaches of the Strait and Martell, we see that the only beneficiaries are the mafia of chairs, umbrellas and parking lots, who wreak havoc at will and disrupt the comfort of vacationers with laws issued by the mafia itself, in total absence in the eyes of the authorities.
It is no secret to anyone who follows this file that the violations are very serious, because it involves the occupation of the first lines of the beach for kilometers or as far as the eye can see, in defiance of the recommendations of the authorities and the authorities. permit books, and where are these authorities in what is happening on the northern beaches? How is it possible that visitors to Tetouan and its suburbs are welcomed in such chaos, such haphazardness and attacks on the maritime king, not to mention the usurpation of rights and terror among vacationers?
So what is the difference between this and that, and what is the difference between the pasha of Fnideq, who has cleaned his shores of all these demonstrations, and the pasha of Martell and the pasha of M’diq, who seem to have surrendered to power. law of the jungle and pressure from elected officials who distribute permits right and left for purely electoral reasons, because they know very well that winning the votes of the voters passes from this station, precisely the mafia that exploits the. king of the sea to the detriment of vacationers who go to the beach with their own umbrellas and personal chairs. The reality and logic are that these vacationers have the right to place their umbrellas on the beach by force of law, while the chaotic mafia of exploitation has theirs. The real place, if they want it, is the end of the sandy space.
Is there anyone who can help us in this laziness that we experience every year? Then, the Ministry of the Interior must justify to citizens and vacationers: what is the difference between the district of Fnideq, which has purified its territorial grip from the fragmentation of bandits, and Martil and M’diq, which maintain chaos and laxity in embezzlement. the pockets of citizens in violation of the law?
