HIBAPRESS – Salwa El-Rihani
A resident of the Western Badriouine area, affiliated with the Exnayah commune in the outskirts of Tangier, expressed his dissatisfaction with the noise resulting from random construction work late at night, confirming that this situation has begun to affect the residents' comfort and ability to sleep.
The complainant clarified that the sounds of work continue, according to his testimony, until after 2 AM, causing disturbance to the residents and depriving them of rest during the night hours. Despite understanding the right of individuals to build, the speaker emphasized the need to respect the comfort of neighbors, calling for these works to be confined to daytime hours, ensuring their continuation without harming the living conditions of the residents. In light of this complaint, the demand for respecting rest periods and limiting nighttime noise becomes prominent, ensuring a balance between the interests of construction site owners and the residents' right to peace and tranquility.
