The representative of the Union of Owners of Diar Atlas Residence, Third Phase in Marrakech, has filed a complaint with the head of the old Al-Mahamid administrative district, concerning the occupation of part of the common parking lot by a resident, through the placement of flower pots and the establishment of barriers preventing other residents from utilizing this space.
According to a copy of the complaint received by HIBAPRESS, the complainant requested the local authorities to intervene and take the necessary legal measures to remove these obstacles, pointing out that they deprive residents of the use of a common facility, in addition to the potential risks they may pose to users of the parking lot.
The complaint presents the local authorities with demands to intervene to address this situation and ensure that all residents benefit from common facilities, pending the outcomes of the measures that will be taken by the competent authorities.
