Faced with what she considers a continuation of her suffering, Mounia El Amraoui has chosen to raise her voice again, appealing to King Mohammed VI to intervene to ensure her justice and enable her to follow the legal procedures to protect her rights, after years she says she spent between complaints and courts without reaching the solution she hopes for.
This case, as presented by the concerned party, brings the suffering of some families with disputes over inherited properties, and the long-term family conflicts that may result from them, to the attention of the local public opinion, especially when it concerns disputed rights and a judicial process that one of the parties claims has not put an end to her suffering.
