HIBAPRESS – Kenitra
The Kenitra Court of Appeal decided today, Monday, to bring the file of former MP Idriss Radi out of deliberation, following the summoning of a commander in the province of Sidi Slimane, as part of the continuation of proceedings in the case before it.
The court set November 9 as the date for a new session to continue reviewing the file, in which Idriss Radi is being prosecuted in connection with the case related to the alteration of administrative documents and provincial correspondence, which has garnered widespread attention.
The Court of First Instance in Sidi Slimane had ruled to convict Idriss Radi and sentence him to four years of effective imprisonment in this case. The next session is expected to constitute a new stage in the file's progression before the Court of Appeal.
