Moroccan star Amine Harit, a player of Olympique de Marseille, is awaiting a decision on his future with the French national team, before the curtain falls on the current summer transfer window.
Amine Harit is going through a difficult stage with Olympique de Marseille, because the team’s coach, Roberto De Zerbe, does not see in him the player who corresponds to the style of play that he intends to adopt this season.
The French media were surprised by the position of the Marseille coach, who places Harit as a third option after the Argentinian Valentin Carbone and the Canadian Ismail Kone, in the playmaker position.
The Moroccan star has managed to confirm his footballing value, after taking advantage of the opportunity offered to him by De Zerbe, starting against Stade Brestois in the first round, after delivering two assists during the match, and despite this, the same sources confirm that he is part of the list of players that Marseille intends to do without.
The media revealed that the Marseille administration had received an official contract offer with Amine Harit, and the source explained that the aforementioned offer came from the Spanish club Real Betis, who are interested in signing the star of the Moroccan national team.
The same information indicates that the financial value of the Spanish offer is far from the financial demands of Olympique de Marseille, which could contribute to the failure of the negotiations before they begin. Harith will play alongside his compatriot Abdel Samad Zalzouli, if he joins the Spanish club Real Betis.
Italian club Genoa and Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg were interested in a contract with Harith, but they have not yet made any offers to manage Marseille.
