Educational institutions anticipate weather warnings by suspending studies

A number of education departments in southeastern cities decided to circulate on Saturday the decision to suspend classes in several of their educational institutions due to weather warnings.

The regional directorates of the Ministry of National Education in Tinghir, Ouarzazate and Zagora have decided to suspend studies in all schools tomorrow Saturday, in order to avoid possible consequences in the event of rain and storms.

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a red alert calling for caution in a number of cities due to forecasts of heavy rains, sometimes exceeding 100 mm.
