Housing subsidy increases apartment sales and improves real estate companies’ profits

The housing assistance approved by the King of the country, and which the government has been keen to implement and implement on the ground, has contributed to the improvement of real estate activity in our country through an increase in apartment sales, as well as an increase in the profits of real estate developers.

In this regard, the High Commission for Planning indicated in a recent study that there has been an improvement in the activity of the construction sector in recent months, with the hope that the sector’s data will continue to improve by the end of the year.

The study adds that the development of the construction sector is mainly due to the expected improvement in building construction activities and in specialized construction activities branches as well as civil engineering activities, while the majority of contractors in this sector expect an increase in the number of workers during the same quarter.
