Zayo Group and local authorities have launched the largest campaign to relocate street vendors in the complex market and combat the occupation of public property in a bid to end all manifestations of chaos and abandonment.

Thus, the Zayo group of the Grand Boat Market provided space for street vendors, instead of displaying their wares in the streets, alleys and public squares, or in front of the courtyards of mosques and private spaces.

The initiative is part of strengthening the infrastructure network, bringing together all street vendors and improving their living conditions in the complex market, and in an effort to regulate commercial activity and economic movement in the city, and ensure that they are practiced in appropriate conditions.

To this end, the Collective Council has made available all the logistical and human capacities to develop the market and make it a spacious space that offers everything the consumer needs.
