HIBAPRESS-RABAT-OEJ
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful.
Allah said in Surah Al Maida No. 5 verse 3: “This day I have perfected your religion for you and completed My favor upon you, and I have accepted Islam as a religion for you.”
قال الله تعالى : الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ ُ عَلَيْكُم نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإِسْلامَ دِينًا
(The truth is)
Abu Tufayl reported that Abu Dhar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left us and there was not a bird that moved its wings in the air except that he mentioned to us some knowledge about it. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There is nothing left that brings one closer to Paradise and keeps one away from Hell except that I have certainly shown it to you.”
(Reported by Tabarani and authenticated by Cheikh Albani in Silsila Sahiha n°1803) ه عليه وسلم و ما طائر يقلب جناحيه في الهواء إلا و هو يذكرنا منهع علما ، قال : فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : ما بقي شيء يقرب من الجنة و يباعد من النار إلا و قد بين لكم

According to ‘Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Certainly there is nothing that will bring you closer to Paradise except that I have commanded you to do so, and there is nothing that will bring you closer to Hell except that I have forbidden you to do so.”

ن عبدالله بن سعود رضي الله عنه قال النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : إنَّه ُ ليس شيءٌ يُقَرِّبُكُمْ إلى الجنةِ إلَّا قد أَمَرْتُكُمْ بهِ و ليس شيءٌ يُقَرِّبُكُمْ إلى النارِ إِلَّا قد نَهَيْتُكُمْ عنهُ
(رواه أبو بكر الحداد و حسنه الشيخ الألباني في السلسلة ٦٦)
Imam Malik Ibn Anas (died 179) said: “Whoever innovates in Islam an innovation that he sees as good has certainly claimed that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has betrayed the revelation because Allaah said: – Today I have perfected your religion for you. – So what was not part of the religion on that day cannot be part of the religion today.”

قال الإمام بن أنس رحمه الله : من ابتدع في الإسلام بدعة يراها حسنة فقد ‘ اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم ‘ . فما لم يكن يومئذ ديناً فلا يكون اليوم ديناً
