Low-cost airline Ryanair has announced the launch of a new route connecting Girona (north-east Spain) and Beni-Mellal.
The company’s director in Spain, Portugal, France and Morocco, Elena Cabrera, said yesterday Wednesday, during the presentation of the company’s growth plan at Girona-Costa Brava airport, that the new line will be available three times a week.
She explained that the launch of this new route is part of the redirection of destinations offered by Ryanair from Girona to other cities, including Marrakech and Beni Mellal.
She went on to say: “We are determined to continue developing this airport.” The goal is to reach three million passengers.
Low-cost airline Ryanair plans to launch a standard schedule in the summer of 2024 across 12 Moroccan airports, where it will transport more than 5 million passengers (an increase of 31%) to, from and within the Kingdom.
