The Casablanca Criminal Court of First Instance has postponed to a later date the trial of the accused in the case known in the media as “Mubdi and his accomplices.”
In this regard, the governing body decided to postpone the hearing of the accused prosecuted in the case until October 17, due to the absence of most of the accused prosecuted in the event of release.
As the case had been repeated more than once, the court decided to summon the accused who were absent from the hearing through the public prosecutor, in order to start the trial hearings from the next hearing.
