Official government spokesman Mustafa Paytas commented on the mass migration attempts that took place in the city of Fnideq late last week.
Paytas answered questions from journalists during the symposium that followed the work of the government council: “We regret what happened, and the problem of immigration is a phenomenon that exists in different countries.”
The government official accused “unknown parties” of inciting some young people by exploiting social networks to mobilize them, stressing that the public authorities have thwarted all attempts to cross to the other side.
