This week, the Tiznit Court of First Instance will examine the case of 12 people, including a woman, accused of having insulted public authority by denouncing an imaginary crime which they knew did not take place and by holding statements that they know are untrue in court for some, and others are accused of making and using testimony that includes incorrect facts. For the latter, to make statements that he knows to be contrary to the truth in the face of the rest of the acts stipulated and their punishment in chapters 263., 264, 355 and 366 of the Criminal Code.
Among those followed were people with a history of perjury. The Crown prosecutor and the investigating judge had ordered their follow-up. Some of them testified in several cases, while others were followed in three separate real estate cases at the Karara roundabout. the Al-Madar Al-Kabir community in the same province.
