Heba Press – Muhammad Zaruh
The Dariush Court of First Instance closed the curtain in the file of one of the most dangerous drug promoters in the region, known as “lawyer”, condemning it of five years’ imprisonment.
This decision has occurred after many sessions in which the court examined the accusations brought against it, which relates to the possession and drug trafficking.
The security operation carried out by the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie Center of the Dariush, the first week of Ramadan, formed a decisive step in the accused.
And he was searched on the basis of specific investigations, which led to his arrest, with a possession of possession of drugs, to be presented thereafter for the attention of the prosecution, which decided to follow up in the event of arrest.
The judicial agent’s investigations revealed the involvement of the person concerned in the solid drug promotion network, including “Boufa” and “heroine”, which aimed at different consumer groups.
Investigations have shown that its criminal activity was not only limited to the region, but also extended to other regions, which required treatment strictly.
This decision represents a clear message from the judiciary according to which drug trafficking will face serious sanctions, as part of the efforts made to reduce this phenomenon.
Dariush judicial authorities continue to firmly deal with persons involved in these criminal activities, in order to protect public security and public health.
In parallel, the interests of the royal gendarmerie in the region intensify their security campaigns to hit the duty of drugs and dismantle active networks in this area.
These efforts depend on pre-detect work and coordination with the rest of the security services to ensure that effective results are obtained to approach this scourge.
