Weather: Partly cloudy skies

Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of National Meteorology for today Sunday May 26, 2024:

– Fairly hot weather in the northern and central interior plains, the South-East, the Oriental and the extreme South of the country.

– Low clouds causing misty formations on the Atlantic Plains, the Mediterranean Shore and in the North of the Southern and Oriental Provinces.

– Stormy waves over the Middle Atlas, the Saiss, the Phosphates and Oulmès plateaus, with possible overflow onto the Rif, the North of the Oriental and the Mediterranean shore.

– Temporarily cloudy skies over the neighboring plains of the High Atlas and the South of the Oriental.

– Local dust removal in the South, South-East and South of the Oriental.

– Gusts of wind sometimes quite strong in the Southern Provinces, the Oriental, the South-East and the Central Coasts.

– Minimum temperatures of around 07/13°C in the Atlas, 17/23°C in the extreme South and South-East of the country and 12/18°C everywhere else.

– Maximum temperatures rising over most of the Kingdom.

– Beautiful to slightly rough seas on the Mediterranean and the Strait, rough between El Jorf and Tan-Tan and slightly rough to rough on the rest of the Atlantic Coast.
