Jazouli: “Morocco has the desire to establish a new generation of public policies”

Morocco is entering a new phase of socio-economic development, with major importance given to convergence and the evaluation of public policies, said Wednesday in Rabat, the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of Investment. , Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mohcine Jazouli.
Speaking at a conference organized at the initiative of the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Administration (ENSA) on the occasion of its 75th anniversary on the theme “Convergence of Public Policies: issues and cases of investment”, Mr. Jazouli highlighted the efforts made in Morocco to establish a new generation of coherent, complementary, effective and efficient public policies.
By analyzing the various citizen initiatives and cooperation established over time, Mr. Jazouli noted that the more these actions advance, the more they become precise and concentrated, thus making it possible to establish increased convergence and coherence of public policies, aimed at establishing a specific and targeted dynamic.
For her part, the Director General of ENSA, Nada Biaz, returned to the relevance of the theme chosen for this conference, highlighting the importance of debating the management of resources and the coordination of actions in the face of current complex challenges.
“Investment and public policy convergence are at the heart of this reflection, because they determine the path we take to shape the future of our nation,” she said.
For his part, the Ambassador of Spain to Morocco, Enrique Ojeda Vila, highlighted the importance of sharing administrative and democratic experiences acquired, emphasizing the importance of the contributions of Moroccan public institutions and international partnerships, particularly in promoting economic and social development.
The Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP – Spain), Consuelo Sanchez Naranjo, for her part, highlighted the positive impact of the agreements signed on the development of public institutions and on the improvement of the quality of products and services through practical training and the exchange of expertise.
Furthermore, a framework partnership agreement was signed between the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, represented by the Director of International Cooperation, Communication and Partnerships, Zakaria Farahat , and the National School of Administration, represented by Ms. Biaz.
A second memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Ms. Sanchez Naranjo and the Director General of ENSA. The main objective of these two new partnerships is to strengthen cooperation links with institutions and to promote the exchange of information, experience, knowledge and expertise in the field of public service.
Subsequently, a panel was organized in partnership with INAP and with the support of the Spanish Embassy, on the theme “Climate change: impact on water resources, anticipation capacities and adaptation options », marked by the participation of national and international experts.
