According to the decision, these powers were delegated within their respective territorial jurisdictions to: Younes Tazi, Wali of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region and Governor of the Tangier-Asilah prefecture; Abdelghani Sabbar, Governor of the Meknes prefecture, also designated to act on behalf of the regional authorities within the Fes-Meknes region, particularly concerning the Fes prefecture; and Rachid Benchekhi, Governor of the Al Haouz province, acting on behalf of the Wali of the Marrakech-Safi region and Governor of the Marrakech prefecture. The decision confirms the maintenance of the remaining provisions of the 2021 decision unchanged, ensuring the unification of legal references and the continuity of central administrative control, while granting greater flexibility to territorial services for the management and timely follow-up of public contracts.
