HIBAPRESS – Fez Office
The Oulad Tayeb community witnessed the launch of a working session for the Liberal party at a dinner party attended by the regional coordinator, the provincial coordinator, and parliamentarians who will be recruited in Fez, according to a HIBAPRESS source, amid a noticeable absence of two prominent names in the local political scene, namely the head of the Prefectural Council and a parliamentarian from the region, in addition to the absence of a number of the most prominent community councilors.
According to what a militant, who preferred to remain anonymous, confirmed, his meeting with one of the officials in charge of managing the party in the region revealed that "the party has decided to enter the upcoming elections with new blood," in reference to the Liberals' move towards renewing its organizational structures and adopting new faces in the next phase, in a step that reflects the party's desire to appear in a different organizational guise.
This development comes in the context of the intensive preparations that the province is witnessing in preparation for the upcoming electoral entitlements, amid great anticipation from local affairs followers about the extent of the impact of the absence of these names on the party's weight in Fez.
