The Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication – Youth Sector, launched the national offer to activate youth institutions between August 20 and September 28, 2025, with the aim of developing the services of these institutions and strengthening the role of partner associations.
The Souss-Massa region received 328 applications from youth associations and clubs, reflecting the vitality of the associative scene in the region. After studying and approving the applications, communication meetings were organized to present the components of the offer, which concluded with the signing of partnership agreements. It is also expected to organize the regional forum and training courses to enhance the capacities of actors in the field in the coming months.
