"HIBAPRESS" learned from informed sources that the Public Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Marrakech decided, yesterday, Saturday, to prosecute 4 African migrants in custody and place them in Al-Odaya prison, on suspicion of their involvement in a case related to the possession and trafficking of hard drugs.
Elements of the Judicial Police of the Marrakech Security Directorate had previously arrested one of the suspects red-handed possessing packets of hard drugs prepared for distribution, and during the investigation with him, he revealed the rest of his partners in promoting narcotics among citizens, they were arrested after setting up a tight trap that enabled their arrest in possession of hard drugs.
The detainees were taken to the Marrakech Security Directorate in order to prepare an arrest report, deepen the investigation with them, and place them under custody before being brought before the Public Prosecution.
