The head of the National Rally of Independents party, Aziz Akhannouch, said today, Saturday, from Beni Mellal, that Moroccan diplomacy, led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, has been a model of wisdom, realism, and firmness for twenty-six years, whether in national, national or international issues, which made Morocco enjoy a solid position based on respect and credibility, and was crowned today with prominent positive fruits.
Akhannouch explained, in his speech during the sixth stop of the national tour "Path of Achievements", that this stage comes at a pivotal moment experienced by the first national issue, after the UN's recognition of the self-government proposal as "the fundamental and sole solution" to the artificial conflict over the Moroccan Sahara. In this context, the head of the Ahrar party sent congratulations to His Majesty King Mohammed VI and to the entire Moroccan people, from Tangier to El Guerguerat, from within the country and abroad, on this historic achievement that consecrates the legitimacy of the Moroccan position and the justice of its cause. Akhannouch stressed that the UN resolution is fair and equitable, and opens up new horizons for all parties for a constructive dialogue and a realistic consensus in which there is no victor or vanquished, preserving the dignity of all, in harmony with the spirit of the last Throne Speech. He added that this historic decision makes us look forward to a promising future with development, prosperity and coexistence in our southern regions. Akhannouch stressed that the Security Council's decision places all parties before their national responsibilities, and is a historic opportunity to build a coexisting and prosperous regional space, expressing his great appreciation for the leadership role of His Majesty the King in achieving this unprecedented diplomatic achievement. Akhannouch concluded that the wise royal leadership in defending the territorial integrity remains a model to be emulated in foresight and good management of positions, stressing that His Majesty King Mohammed VI has remained, since he ascended the throne, the impenetrable fortress that protects the national cause from any encroachment or disruption. He pointed out that what we are experiencing today reflects the essence of the visionary royal vision, which has made this stage a transition from the logic of management to the logic of change and comprehensive take-off.
