HIBAPRESS – I. As-Sammalali
Once again, Moroccan artists prove their strong presence on the Arab art map, this time at the "Iraq Awards" festival for the year 2026, where Moroccan stars compete with the most prominent Arab names in acting and singing.
In the category of Best Arab Actor, the name of Abdullah Didan stands out, who has won the admiration of the public and critics with his skillful performance in Moroccan and Arab drama, ahead of a group of the brightest stars of the Arab screen such as Ahmed Al-Awadi, Majed Al-Masry, Ahmed El-Sakka, and Taim Hasan.
As for singing, Morocco was strongly represented in the category of Best Arab Singer, through the names of Samira Said and Manal Benchlikha, alongside major Arab artists such as Ahlam Al Shamesi, Angham, Assala, and Ruby.
In the category of Best Arab Singer, Moroccan brilliance continued, as Saad Lamjarred, Douzi, and Distinct compete with shining names such as Tamer Ashour, Kadim Al Sahir, Tamer Hosny, and Wael Jassar, in a race that celebrates creativity and musical radiance.
This Moroccan brilliance at the "Iraq Awards" once again confirms that the Kingdom is producing stars capable of competing in the finest Arab forums, and that Moroccan art continues to draw its presence with confidence and elegance on the Arab scene.
