The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for Friday, that the weather will remain partly cloudy to partly cloudy over some Mediterranean coasts, as well as the formation of local fog masses during the morning over the Atlantic Ocean plains extending west of the Atlas Mountains.
Low clouds are also expected to appear during the night, accompanied by local fog masses over the eastern high plateaus, while the weather will remain relatively cold with local frost or what is called "Al-Jariha" in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains, in addition to the recording of locally strong winds to some extent on the central and southern coasts.
Minimum temperatures will range between minus 04 and 01 degrees in the High and Middle Atlas Mountains, and between 01 and 05 degrees in the Rif, the eastern high plateaus, and the Anti-Atlas, and between 12 and 16 degrees in the Saharan regions, Souss, and near the coasts, and will be between 06 and 11 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for the temperatures during the day, they will be decreasing in the eastern region and the northern plains, while they will witness a slight increase or will be stable in the rest of the other areas.
The sea will be slightly agitated to rough on the Mediterranean front, and calm to slightly agitated in the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly agitated to rough along the Atlantic coast.
