The headquarters of the Court of Appeal in Al Hoceima witnessed, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the organization of an official ceremony by the Regional Directorate of Justice in Al Hoceima to celebrate the decoration of a group of male and female employees of the judicial district in Al Hoceima with Royal Sharifan medals, in appreciation of their distinguished services in order to enhance the justice system in the region.
The ceremony was attended by the First President of the Court of Appeal in Al Hoceima, the Public Prosecutor, the Regional Director of Justice in Al Hoceima, in addition to judicial and administrative officials, cadres and employees from the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Regional Directorate of Justice in Al Hoceima.
The ceremony honored Mr. Abdelhafid Al-Idrissi, Head of the Registry of the Court of First Instance in Al Hoceima, who was awarded the National Merit Medal of Excellent Grade by King Mohammed VI, and Ms. Rabia Laghrib, an employee of the Court of Appeal in Al Hoceima, who was awarded the National Merit Medal of the Second Grade by King Mohammed VI, in recognition of their sincere and great giving in the service of the justice sector.
Mr. Sufyan Amzir, Head of the Human Resources and Financial Affairs Department at the Regional Directorate of Justice in Al Hoceima, managed the ceremony, and he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and precise organization that contributed to the success of this celebratory event.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of congratulations to the honorees by the attendees, and the praise of the vital role played by human resources in improving the quality of judicial services and strengthening the confidence of users in justice.
