The office of Mr. Mohammed Al-Massoudi, the Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in El Jadida, received this Monday morning, which is the first day of this week, about one hundred new complaints against Ilyas El Malki, the "streamer" who is controversial for his appearances on the virtual world and social media sites.
These complaints, which were filed with the office of the representative of the Public Prosecution, Mr. Mohammed Al-Massoudi, known for his strictness, competence and integrity, were submitted by a lawyer from the Casablanca Bar Association, for the benefit of taxi drivers in Mohammedia and Casablanca. It should be noted that the Public Prosecutor in El Jadida had previously referred the controversial "streamer" to custody after he was prosecuted on more than twenty charges. Furthermore, it is not known, due to the new developments related to these new complaints, whether the judicial body at the court, which has jurisdiction, and before which the "streamer" is appearing, will consider the file ready for discussion, after tomorrow, Tuesday, or whether it will postpone the proceedings to a subsequent trial session.
