The post, which was described as an "announcement of victory," came in a tone overflowing with relief, as he announced his complete acquittal from the charge of "prostitution" that had pursued him recently, confirming that the Moroccan judiciary proved that justice "is a decision written in ink, not hearsay."
The first post by Al-Malki revealed details of the judicial decision, as the post clarified that the First Instance Court in El Jadida announced Ilyas's acquittal from the charges of prostitution that were "unfairly attached to him," describing them as "an electronic storm without evidence." The account added in its first interaction with the verdict that some had tried to write a story titled "The Scandal," but the judiciary republished it under the title "Acquittal." The post also referred to the family's respect for the alternative penalty imposed by the court regarding the other actions, considering it "judicial wisdom aimed at reform, not defamation." The account concluded its post with a moving message summarizing the legal ordeal, confirming that Ilyas is coming out today from "the dust of rumor to the purity of truth," to have his name written in the record "They accused him…and the judiciary vindicated him." In a humorous touch that reflects the streamer's personality, the post concluded: "The truth, if it is delayed a little, always arrives…and perhaps it drinks coffee on the way before announcing itself."
