The provincial judicial police in the city of Marrakech arrested, last night, Sunday, a group of people in the Al-Saada neighborhood in the Gueliz district, following their involvement in the possession and promotion of hard drugs and hashish.
The operation came after the elements of the provincial team received accurate information about the activity of drug traffickers, where a tight ambush was set up that enabled the arrest of four people caught red-handed possessing 64 wraps of hard drugs, and during the same operation, two people were arrested in possession of a kilogram of hashish.
The detainees were taken to the Marrakech Security Directorate, in order to prepare arrest and seizure records, to deepen the investigation with them, and to place them under judicial custody, before presenting them to the Public Prosecution.
